REF’s picks

SC Braga look well-positioned to bounce back on home turf despite their recent domestic wobble, holding enough individual quality to edge past Famalicão. Operating at the Estádio Municipal should give Os Arcebispos the necessary lift, even with defensive injuries forcing tactical adjustments.

1. 1Braga return to home comforts where they tend to dictate the tempo against mid-table opposition.
2. 2Famalicao arrive with good momentum after hitting four past Rio Ave, posing a genuine counter-attacking threat.
3. 3Defensive absentees like Niakaté and Arrey-Mbi could leave Braga vulnerable to quick transitions.
